Programs
Where connection becomes change.
Understanding is important, but meaningful change rarely happens through information alone.
It happens through experiences, conversations, shared understanding and opportunities to put learning into practice.
Our programs are designed to support wellbeing, strengthen connection and create lasting impact across schools, workplaces and communities.
Every community is different.
Every partnership begins with understanding.
We take the time to learn about your community, environment, strengths, goals and aspirations before exploring what meaningful change could look like together.
How we work
01
Understand
We listen first. Every school, workplace and community has its own strengths, challenges and opportunities.
02
Collaborate
Together, we explore priorities, opportunities and what meaningful change could look like in your setting.
03
Create
Using these insights, we develop an approach that reflects your community, goals and vision.

What we explore
Areas we may explore together
Our programs are shaped around what matters most to your community and the people you support.
From insight to impact
The most effective programs don't end when the session finishes.
Where possible, programs can be supported through connected learning opportunities for the people around them — including families, educators, leaders, teams and community members.
Because meaningful change becomes more sustainable when understanding is shared across the circles that support wellbeing.
Piloting programs in 2026
Connecting Circles is currently exploring opportunities to pilot wellbeing programs and initiatives across schools, workplaces and community settings during the second half of 2026.
Pilot opportunities may help shape future program development and provide valuable insights into the needs of different communities and environments.
If your organisation is interested in learning more about future pilot opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
